TED JABLONSKI
Ted Jablonski is founder and principal of Marketing Consortium LLC. He is a successful and innovative marketing consultant to financial and business services organizations and has over twenty-five years of consumer and institutional marketing experience across a wide range of industries and with venture-funded start-ups to the Fortune 100.
His areas of expertise include branding and advertising, business development, customer acquisition and retention programs, selling systems, public relations, corporate marketing, product development and marketing, marketing communications and e-Marketing.
Prior to establishing Marketing Consortium, Ted served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer; Vice President of Marketing at Fidelity Employer Services , a major retirement plan and benefits outsourcing provider, Fidelity Institutional Services Division, one of the largest distributor of intermediary mutual funds 401(k) plans and Fidelity Institutional Brokerage Group and National Financial, major clearing, custody and institutional brokerage services firms. He has also held senior marketing roles at Standard & Poor’s/McGraw-Hill, Merrill Lynch and Company, MasterCard International and American Express Travel Related Services Company.
Ted is the recipient of professional designations including participation in the Fidelity Investments Brokerage Company Emerging Leadership Program and the American Express Graduate Management Program and is a recipient of the Fidelity Investments Outstanding Leader and MasterCard International Employee of the Year Awards. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses, served as a Registered Principal for two Fidelity Investments divisions and is also a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He received a bachelor's degree from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
SUSAN M. CONWAY
Susan Conway is a senior human capital management and communications consultant who has worked extensively with clients in the financial services, professional services, information technology, bioscience, venture capital and non-profit sectors. Her areas of focus include: professional development, human capital strategy, restructuring and business process outsourcing, executive development, coaching and communications, recruiting, compensation and employee learning and development.
Prior to her establishing her consulting career, Susan was the Director of Professional Development at McKinsey and Company, where she led staffing, development and evaluations of non-partner consultants, created and executed customized training and coaching programs and was an active contributor to firm-wide learning systems. She has also served as Vice President of Investment Banking Human Resources at Merrill Lynch & Company where, as a generalist responsible for 3500 global employees, she directed hiring, compensation, employee relations and training with a distributed team of professionals and Vice President, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at Prudential Securities. At Prudential, she was a Corporate Finance team member for equity offering and mergers and acquisitions transactions and led recruiting and training programs for all entry and lateral hires.
Susan is past Chair of the Wellesley, Massachusetts School Committee and was twice elected to the role, where she led the efforts to renovate and expand educational facilities as well as the process to identify and appoint a new Superintendent of Schools. She is also a Wellesley Town Meeting Member. She received a BA from Mouth Holyoke College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
